Actress and fashion designer Sienna Miller is pregnant with her first child. She hasn't been in the news lately and apparently it's because she's been busy enjoying a low-key relationship with fellow British actor Tom Sturridge. Now the two are set to welcome a baby boy or girl within the year.
Friends of the couple "were not surprised by the news of the pregnancy. They're really good together," a source told Us Weekly. "They just spent the holidays in Paris together after they announced the news in London," the source added. Despite being four years younger than Sienna Miller, friends are relieved that she's finally moved on from Jude Law, who infamously cheated on her with his baby sitter a few years ago. Sienna Miller met Jude Law on the set of Alfie, which was released in 2004 and bombed at the box office. Despite the film's lack of success, the two enjoyed a passionate love affair and were engaged by the next year. The marriage plans went down the drain when his children’s nanny sold her story, which provided very specific details about their affair, to a British tabloid. Despite Jude Law issuing a very public apology to his hurt fiancé, she threw in the towel, began a new life and moved on with other men.
The next few years saw the beautiful British actress dating Rhys Ifans, Balthazar Getty and DJ Slinky Wizard, just to name a few. Jude Law went on to father a baby after a brief affair with a model. Toward the end of December 2009, the actress reignited her relationship with Jude Law when both were starring in Broadway plays. Unfortunately, their relationship wasn't any better the second time around and they parted for good early 2011. After the actress' tumultuous love life with Jude Law, her friends and family are apparently happy that she's with the more stable Tom Sturridge. "He's younger, yes, but he's mature and he's a good guy," the source said. While the couple has not confirmed the pregnancy, the actress' sister Savannah Miller confirmed the news on Twitter, tweeting that she is "THRILLED."
Although little is known about the 26-year-old Tom Sturridge, he has friends in high places. He and Sienna Miller enjoyed a double date with Robert Pattinson and girlfriend Kristen Stewart in September. With such beautiful parents, the baby boy or girl will definitely be a looker.
